The Medical Administrative Assistant Program includes two broad areas. The first
encompasses secretarial skills, manual office systems, and an introduction to
microcomputers. The second phase of the program teaches the knowledge and skills
to master computer software and systems commonly used in medical
practice.
Graduates of this program will be prepared for entry-level jobs such as Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Word Processing Operator, General Clerk, and Executive Secretary.
